The Poisoning Sign Information System (TOXINSIGN) was developed to provide poison sign information for active ingredients on pesticide products. Farmers, farmers entrepreneurs, Agricultural Extension Agents (APT) and relevant Agencies can make a reference through the TOXINSIGN to obtain information on prescribed signs of poisoning.

    For information, this poisoning sign information has been harmonized and standardized statement through the “ Jawatankuasa Task Force Tanda Keracunan dan Rawatan Kecemasan pada Label Racun Makhluk Perosak ” which has been made in stages. The committee is comprised of the Pesticides Board (LRMP), Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), National Poison Center (PRN) and the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH). This information will be updated from time to time based on need.

    TOXINSIGN application is adapted from the “Garis Panduan Pelabelan Produk Racun Makhluk Perosak 2020 (Lampiran G)”. With the existence of TOXINSIGN , it can provide a better choice of access methods to obtain information on signs of poisoning for each active ingredient quickly and up to date. This can increase the efficiency of service delivery to the target group.
